How to Report an Issue
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Care team via email at info@superiornutla.com or through (323) 223-2431 within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
All orders are recorded in our system, and we will verify your purchase using proof such as your shipping confirmation email and/or the original payment method used.
Please be aware that we may request photographic documentation before issuing any credit or refund.
Items received as a Gift with Purchase are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.
Requirements for a Successful Claim
To be eligible for review, the following conditions must be met:
- Your request is submitted within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
- If an incorrect item was shipped, the product must remain in its original, unopened condition.
- Photographic evidence is provided when requested.
- You can demonstrate that the item was damaged prior to delivery.
